We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while utilising your technical expertise in various programming languages and tools.
Salary Range: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software applications using Python, C, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing software systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough testing to identify bugs and issues.
- Manage version control using GitHub for collaborative development.
- Develop and maintain databases using SQL and MySQL to support application functionality.
- Create RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between different software components.
- Work in a Linux environment to deploy and manage applications effectively.
- Document code changes, system configurations, and technical specifications for future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in Python, C, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Experience working with SQL databases, particularly MySQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub.
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles is advantageous.
- Experience with VBA is a plus but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
