We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer (m/f/d) who will play a key role in developing and optimizing our proprietary equity research and AI-driven analytical solutions. This role is essential in unifying diverse data sources and deploying cutting-edge AI tools to power strategic investment decisions and research workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to the design, implementation, and optimization of sophisticated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data architecture capable of handling complex, high-volume datasets.
- Develop and enhance advanced LLM workflows, integrating state-of-the-art AI models into our equity research and analytics processes.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including research analysts, quantitative researchers, data scientists, and external data providers, ensuring engineering solutions effectively support business and research goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality engineering and AI solutions.
- Support technical initiatives related to infrastructure and DevOps, optimizing AWS and Databricks environments, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automation processes.
Your Profile
- Extensive professional experience in Python, with deep proficiency in libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines using Airflow and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and other modern deltalake solutions.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and container orchestration.
- Solid foundation or strong interest in AI engineering, particularly practical experience with integrating LLMs into production environments (RAG, fine-tuning, context engineering, model evaluation, LLMOps, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Track record in building, deploying, and maintaining platforms with high volumes of data, especially in the financial sector.
- Previous experience within asset management, quantitative finance, or equity research settings.
- Familiarity with financial data, metrics, and investment analysis principles.
- Previous experience training and operationalizing large ML models (e.g., CNNs, transformer models, or other deep learning architectures), including deploying, maintaining, and monitoring models in production environments.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to o join our eCommerce Solutions team to ensure a deep understanding of our product landscape, helping to identify gaps between new projects and existing features while allowing product managers to focus on delivering their own products, features effectively. You have experience leading multi-squad product organizations, ideally across web and mobile
You have Strong understanding of white-label or multi-tenant platforms
You are fluent in UX and conversion optimization
Track record of improving performance in web products
Great storytelling and stakeholder management skills
You are familiar with Agile principles and practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development processes
You employ clear and concise communication, and are able to communicate in technical and non-technical complexity

What you will do:

Expert knowledge in working with Windows, Mac, the Google Workspace, and decent familiarity with JIRA
Strong track record of driving projects in the System Administrator Space and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ready to operate at fast speed, solution-oriented, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
