Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Educate potential clients about our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5years of proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or migration services.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
