Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, design, print media, and video marketing, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, email marketing, and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Content Creation: Manage the production of high-quality marketing materials, including graphic design, print collateral, and video content.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and external agencies to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with expertise in digital marketing, design, print, and video marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing tools
- Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
