Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to lead engagement across both internal and external communities, with growing emphasis on international audiences. This role will be responsible for managing conversations across our digital platforms including Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok while supporting brand visibility, audience growth, and strategic communications objectives.
The ideal candidate combines digital fluency, strong content creation skills including video editing, and a sharp understanding of how to communicate effectively with diverse audience segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily engagement across community platforms, ensuring timely, brand-aligned communication
• Develop and execute strategies to engage local and global audiences across multiple channels
• Manage internal community groups and support structures to strengthen feedback loops and audience connection
• Create and edit engaging content across diverse content formats tailored for community use
• Collaborate closely with the Communications team to align community efforts with larger brand goals
• Support content rollouts and engagement for organisational campaigns, product updates, and public-facing events
• Guide and supervise interns to ensure consistent updates across content calendars, dashboards, and engagement trackers
• Track and report key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach and engagement
• Monitor sentiment and flag potential concerns or opportunities in community spaces
Required Experience and Skills
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in community management, digital communications, or social media, preferably within a fast-paced organisation
• Strong content development skills including basic video editing and adaptability across multiple content formats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to tone and clarity
• Proven experience managing both internal and international-facing communities
• Deep understanding of platform best practices for Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok
• Proficiency with productivity and communication tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and analytics dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work independently and efficiently
