CARDS MANAGER

You will be reporting to the CEO and COO, with the following responsibilities:
● Manage the implementation and operation of card services within our BaaS
platform.
● Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to card services.
● Monitor and analyze card service performance and implement
improvements.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and
enhance card products.
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improvements
for card services.
● Lead the development and launch of new card products and features.
● Provide support and guidance to clients regarding card services.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

● Streamline operational processes related to card services to ensure efficiency
and effectiveness.
● Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for card service
operations.
● Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration and
functionality of card services.
● Identify and mitigate risks associated with card services.
● Ensure all card services comply with industry standards and regulatory
requirements.
● Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance and security.
● Prepare and present regular reports on card service performance to senior
management.
● Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance
card services.
