Job Description

  1. The Migration Liaison Officer will play a vital role in supporting individuals or groups throughout their migration journey.
  2. Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their migration needs, goals, and eligibility.
  3. Provide tailored advice on migration options, visa requirements, and the application process.
  4. Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for visa applications and other migration processes.
  5. Oversee the entire application process, ensuring all forms are correctly completed and submitted on time.
  6. Track the progress of applications and keep clients informed of their status.
  7. Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the application process, including liaising with immigration authorities if needed.
  8. Ensure all client applications comply with the relevant immigration laws and Regulations.
  9. Ensure that clients receive comprehensive, accurate, and timely support throughout their migration journey, enhancing their overall experience and increasing the success rate of their applications.
  10. Provide expert advice on immigration procedures, assist with documentation, and facilitate communication between all parties involved.
  11. Act as a bridge between migrants and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.
