Job description

Adex Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team. This role requires the physician to provide comprehensive care to both adult and pediatric patients. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified physicians who require visa sponsorship to practice in the United States. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and practicing evidence-based medicine in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Additional opportunities are available in several states, including Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Missouri.

Visa Sponsorship

This position is open to qualified candidates who require visa sponsorship. ADEX will facilitate our Immigration pathway that includes J1 waiver sponsorship and an H1B, leading to permanent residency. We are committed to supporting the immigration process and will assist with all necessary documentation to secure your visa and employment authorization, guided by our Immigration Attorney and team.

• Annual base salary starting from $250,000 – $260,000 per year, with possible additional sessional earnings of up to $50,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and provide care for hospitalised patients across a variety of medical conditions.

• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees as needed.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine (or equivalent).

• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain a medical license in [State].

• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
