Vesti AI is an immigration technology startup headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with operations across Africa ( Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana), the UK and Canada where it is developing software infrastructure to support global immigration. The company combines Artificial Intelligence and expert advisory to help clients move, settle, and manage cross-border services including finances efficiently. Last year, Vesti announced that it crossed 1Million downloads, managed advisory over 400,000 immigration hopefuls, and manually filed over 400 complex work visa petitions — each requiring meticulous attention and considerable time to ensure clients could navigate complex migration processes with confidence.
Today, that story is changing with Zyra.
Zyra is Vesti AI‘s Parallegal multilingual Agent. From the start it supports Spanish, English, Chinese and Japanese, while designed to transform complex immigration workflow. Currently in private Beta and used by Vesti legal team already, Zyra analyses complex documents in real time, tracks case progress automatically, drafts customer petitions and flag compliance requirements. Tasks that once took weeks will be completed in minutes. With Zyra, Vesti aims to scale operations, handle multiple cases simultaneously in different regions, and maintain the accuracy and reliability clients expect.
Olusola Amusan, Chief Executive at Vesti, said, “With Zyra, we are not just improving efficiency; we are redefining what is possible in immigration services. Our goal is to make high-quality, end to end agent-led guidance universally accessible. AI allows us to scale impact without losing the personal touch our clients rely on.”
Abimbola Amusan, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Vesti, added, “This is a deliberate shift to amplify our expertise. AI does not replace our team; it multiplies their impact. Zyra will give us the ability to serve more clients faster and smarter while maintaining the trust and accuracy that Vesti stands for.”
Through Zyra, Vesti is turning its vision of an AI-powered immigration experience into reality. By integrating Zyra into its workflow, the company plans to combine deep expertise with advanced AI to deliver faster, smarter, and more accessible migration services. This is not just efficiency; it is a redefinition of what immigration guidance can look like in a global, digital-first world.
To fully focus on building Zyra and its AI-powered product suite, Vesti will be phasing out select legacy features. These include SafeLock, flight booking services, and multi-currency wallets. While these tools served important roles in earlier stages, retiring them allows Vesti to concentrate on scalable, future-ready solutions that redefine the immigration experience.
According to sources within the company, Vesti is still doubling down on some of its core products as well, initially built to support migrants at every step of their journey. This includes the GlobalGeng debit Card for secure cross-border spending, Visa Pathways that combine expert advisory with an AI-powered visa form and automated clarity sessions, Miai- Vesti’s consumer facing AI migration assistant, and ElitePass, a premium airport concierge solution that offers luxury access and seamless travel experiences.
“We are moving with intention. Our focus remains on delivering practical, reliable tools that address the core realities of immigration and enable people to move and settle with confidence.” Vesti CEO, Olusola Amusan Continues.
