We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager, Stations to shape and build our locational data, the critical backbone of all our products. This role will contribute to a more consistent standard in stations and other master data for ground transportation.
They will bring strategic clarity and technical expertise to redefine how our team approaches transportation infrastructure, ensuring that every station, regardless of location, meets a high, dependable standard. Their work will directly impact passenger satisfaction, operational efficiency, and our ability to scale globally. By setting and implementing these new benchmarks, they’ll not only support the team’s mission but help lead it into its next phase of innovation and growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop roadmaps and make feature proposals that are targeted towards achieving the goals of the company
  • Increase customer satisfaction by using project management skills, enabling the delivery of Product releases on time and with zero to no friction
  • Ensure delivery of critical objectives by preparing use cases for future alignment with the engineering team, taking ownership of end-to-end (from idea to fully outlined specification) feature delivery, and collaborating with Engineering, QA, and UX / UI.
  • Understand all elements of our master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
  • Collaborate with the team to make key decisions around data structure, such as de-duplicating stations, defining station hierarchies in the API, and establishing when and how to translate or transliterate content.
  • Lead initiatives to update and improve content metadata, incorporating new sources of data to enhance the quality and completeness of descriptive content.
  • Define and enforce the standards for descriptive content and location data across the platform, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools for managing multilingual data, balancing automation with human oversight where necessary.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You are a technically-minded Product Manager with a strong foundation in API integration, capable of translating complex system requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • You’ve worked closely with engineering teams on system design for high-load and distributed environments, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
  • You have a proven track record of driving B2B product development, from strategy to execution, in fast-paced and data-driven environments.
  • You have a strong track record of making data content and product decisions that directly impact users, particularly in the B2B space.
  • You’re comfortable diving into SQL to extract insights, validate assumptions, and support data-informed product decisions.
  • You’ve built and led cross-functional teams, driving collaboration to achieve project goals. Additionally, you’ve planned and launched automated text products, creating dynamic content based on structured datasets, and have experience building processes and managing small teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with ticket-selling platforms or auction systems (e.g., eBay)
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as IATA
  • Experience working with Elasticsearch

As a manager you will

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, IT and/or other relevant engineering domains.
  • 1+ year of successful project management experience in leading and managing engineering teams in a technology-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision; or mathematical optimization.
  • Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques such as fine tuning, pruning, RAG systems, transfer learning etc.
  • Excellent command of Python, Docker and Git.
  • Experience with GitHub/Gitlab workflows and functionalities.
  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Perfect command of English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.

Lead Psychologist for a specialist mental health service catering to men who are deaf and have complex communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide individual and group psychological interventions.
– Conduct diagnostic and cognitive assessments, risk assessments, and create detailed reports.
