Technical Sales Officer Ghana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including HNI customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Utilize email marketing and telesales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technology sales
  • Familiarity with email marketing, telesales, and sales reporting tools.
  • Experience in the HNI product segment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
